How it works:

1. Refer a friend or family member to utilise my service as a mortgage broker.
2. With the person you are referring's permission, enter their details below so I can contact them and assist them with their home loan needs.
3. Once the loan is settled, I will send you a $250 gift card.

You can refer as many times as you would like.

To be eligible for the $250 Visa gift card refer your family member or friend must (i) not already be an existing or previous customer of Paradym Financial Group; (ii) be an Australian resident; and (iii) be over 18 years of age (iv) mortgage settled must be a minimum of $250,000. You can’t refer yourself.

The Visa Gift Card set out is payable for each new customer referred that settles their first loan with Paradym Financial Group. Note: applications that have multiple borrowers (including multiple loans or split accounts) are eligible for only one payment.

You will receive a notification when the Reward is paid. It will be in the form of an Eftpos Gift Card from Paradym Financial Group, sent to you within 90 days of the loan being funded. For privacy reasons, we can’t tell you which friend's loan application was settled or any of their information. Personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Paradym Financial Group's Privacy Policy.

Paradym Financial Group reserves the right to vary, supplement or discontinue this Refer a Friend promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If it is withdrawn, Paradym Financial Group will honour all referrals entered before the promotion is withdrawn, provided that the loan is approved and funded. The Refer a Friend promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer, unless expressly indicated. Paradym Financial Group has the right to exclude anyone from this promotion at its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or a reason. If you use the Refer a Friend promotion in a manner that’s not satisfactory to use or in line with the intent of the promotion, we may refuse to pay the reward to you in our absolute discretion. This includes conduct, which is designed to undermine the fair and intended operation of the promotion.
